Money transferred from masters account into Cheque account has been done. JW closed masters account term deposit to be transferred mid April when term finishes
Owen Delany Park users meeting minutes where read – there is an opportunity for club to put web address on their site – ML to follow up.
Quotes for three track bikes are to be gathered by ML and reported on at next meeting.
Club Membership forms needs to be changed – no centre levy – Centre levy has to be added for centre, national, and international licences, membership also doesn’t down load correctly.
Forms need to be signed correctly as most people are not signing the last page.
Jenny Loe has a club licence but not a member of the cycling club, JW to follow up
Tuesday night riders now should be made to have a club licence, Non club members to pay $2 to start kids $1, this information is to be put in the next newspaper add.
Race track – power to be use, we provide light does race track mind using power. ML to follow up.
Track racing on Wednesday nights has had only on four / five riders not and there is not much happing.
Andy Sumpter used tent for Sec Schools Mountain biking at Levin and it has now returned.
Draw for the dinner has put of the membership promotion, JW to get a list and it is to be drawn at Plateau on Sunday, 22 people qualify.

Sunday social ride at 9am has it been successful?
Andrea Taylor (TDC) OD park users meeting next Wednesday ML to attend.
CH to contact Graeme Aktin as a possible club events organiser and get him to come to next meeting to discuss what role he could perform for club.
Greame Aktin is keen to support the club and will send e mail to club of what he is prepared do.
Track Napier Club to hire track on 17/03/07 for $50 fee
Track - CH propose a separate track committee. To promote track activities to enable more drive and volunteers etc ML propose that a written proposal but together and present to club committee for discussion at next meeting.

Pete Masters from the MTB club is looking for marshals for Moonride event in 12th May at Rotorua done through bike Taupo. Emailed out 12 hour.
Lights at velodrome to be on Mon, Tue and Wed through the winter months from 5.30pm to 8pm GU to arrange. Still OK?
Junior development meeting report sent to committee from ML no developments since, re coaching for young riders.
Changes in Tax law – effect sports clubs by being able to reg as charity something to keep an eye on.
Also 9am bunch start up for slower riders - roaster for rider – over 15 yrs, road bikes only ave speed two senior riders each time. SD to organise and advertise on web page.
Sunday 1st June change both bunch rides to 9am start for the Winter months.
Camera to be taken out to motor racing circuit tomorrow and photo’s forwarded so they can be put on web page.
