Final results for the summer series 2015 attached above. Thanks to everyone who helped out, especially Kylie who was available nearly every week for time keeping. Well done to the Grade Winners. Look forward to seeing you on the road or next spring! Safe riding during the winter.
Results week 7 Summer Series 2015
Where was everybody? Ironman hangover? A perfect late summer evening saw only 38 riders race.
Thanks to Bruce Boardman for playing Race Director tonight, look forward to seeing you back on the bike Bruce.
Week 6 saw a glorious late summer evenings racing with 64 riders with a record series number in Grade C. There was a lot of new shirts on display as well which is great to see. Don't forget to order your new shirt through Kylie or old stock through Barry. Thanks to Graeme Usher for being race director for the night.

Results week 5 Summer Series 2015
Half way through the series and 48 souls braved the expectations of bad weather to race for glory once again. Once Grade E had overtaken a slow moving Grade D they finally got their bikes in gear..................and then crashed. Well done to all who got back on thier bikes and rode to the start or even finshed the race.

Barry would like to get the Grade D/E rides on the Sunday Morning Bunch Rides going again. If there is any takers please let him know.

The Taupo cycling club needs you! We have had a number of our wonderful committee members resign and move away from here.
I know it sounds cliched but we can only run the club on volunteer help.
About the Taupo Cycling Club
Taupo Cycling Club provides activities for cycling enthusiasts.
The club was the major driving force behind the building of the local cycling velodrome. This project was supported by the community, through various fund raising activies.
The goal of the club is to encourage & develop the sport of cycling, through organised activities.
As well as organising weekly rides like the Sunday Morning Social Ride, Tuesday Night Racing and Skills Session or Racing at the Velodrome, the club encourages entry into a variety of local, regional and international cycling events and you can check out the event calendar to find out more.
